Refund Policy

 

At The Style Shaylist™, each session is thoughtfully prepared in advance and time is reserved exclusively for each client. For this reason, all sales are considered final unless otherwise stated below.

Services & Digital Deliverables

All styling sessions, consultations, color analysis services, lookbooks, and digital deliverables are non-refundable once booked or delivered.

Due to the personalized and time-based nature of these services, refunds are not provided for:
• Change of mind
• Dissatisfaction with personal style preferences
• Failure to attend a scheduled session
• Failure to complete intake forms or provide required information

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Clients may request to reschedule an appointment with at least 24–48 hours’ notice (based on the policy stated at booking).

Late cancellations, missed appointments, or no-shows may result in forfeiture of payment.


Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds may be considered only if The Style Shaylist™ is unable to deliver the booked service due to unforeseen circumstances on our end.

Any approved refund will be issued to the original method of payment and processed within a reasonable timeframe.


Chargebacks & Disputes

Clients are encouraged to contact us directly to address any concerns before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.

Unauthorized chargebacks may result in refusal of future services.
